CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CHANGE
South Harz Potash Limited (ASX:SHP) ( South Harz or the Company ) advises that UK-based Mr Andrew Robertson ceased employment as Chief Financial Officer on 30 April 2024.
The Company is currently reviewing the requirements for its finance function in line with its entering into a lower cost, internal project optimisation phase on Ohmgebirge (refer South Harz ASX release dated 11 March 2024, Ohmgebirge Project and Corporate Update).
Luis da Silva, Managing Director, said “We thank Andrew for his contribution to South Harz since joining in May 2021 and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
The Company is aware of its listing rules obligations in relation to this disclosure and notes that this information was due to be included in the March 2024 Quarterly Report issued on 30 April 2024, but was inadvertently omitted due to an administrative error.
The Company confirms that its existing arrangements are adequate, and the Company has reviewed internal procedures and does not believe that any additional steps are required to ensure ongoing compliance with the listing rules.
