Amanda is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years of accounting, auditing (of both listed and non-listed companies) and company secretarial experience within Australia and the UK. Amanda has been involved in the listing of junior exploration companies on the ASX and has experience in corporate advisory and company secretarial services. Also effective from 01 January 2019 is the appointment of Robert Van Der Laan in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Robert is based in Perth and serves as CFO to several listed companies through his company Horn Resources. Managing Director Dr Chris Gilchrist commented “Relocation to Perth facilitates communications with our European-based team in terms of bridging the time-zone gap. This move has required a reshuffling of the administrative support team and I am sorry that we are parting ways with Rajan who has served the Company steadfastly over the past few years. On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Rajan for his services and wish him well for the future. At the same time, I welcome both Amanda and Robert to the team and together we look forward to an exciting year for the Company.”
