CANCELLATION OF UNLISTED OPTIONS IN TRITON GOLD LTD

In accordance with the Triton Gold Ltd (the “Company”), Eligible Persons Share Option Plan, upon cessation of employment with the Company, such Eligible Person’s Options will be forfeited immediately.

Thus, the Company confirms the immediate cancellation of the following unlisted options in the Company:

 1,000,000 Options, Option Expiring 29 April 2015, Ex $0.295
