CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES
The Board of Directors (the “ Board ” or the “ Directors ”) of Tritech Group Limited (the “ Company ”) wishes to announce the appointment of Ms. Hon Wei Ling and Ms. Cheok Hui Yee as Company Secretaries of the Company and the resignations of Mr. Teo Khoon Teng and Ms. Kong Wei Fung as Company Secretaries of the Company with effect from 30 June 2025.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Teo Khoon Teng and Ms. Kong Wei Fung for their past services rendered during their tenure as Company Secretaries.
