Substitution of Baidu Appointed Director

Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China (“Ctrip” or the “Company”), today announced that Mr. Tony Yip, a director nominated by Baidu, Inc., has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company, effective October 25, 2017, and that Mr. Herman Cheng-Chun Yu has been appointed by Baidu, Inc. as a successor director of Ctrip following Mr. Yip’s resignation.
