Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 17, 2022, TriNet Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced the appointment of Alex Warren as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer. On December 13, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors designated Mr. Warren as an executive officer of the Company under Rule 3b-7 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “1934 Act”) and as an officer of the Company under Section 16 of the 1934 Act, with immediate effect.
