Further investment in leisure vehicle distribution in France

Trigano finalised the acquisitions of the Abalain and Alonso groups as well as the Thouard company (€3.5M sales) at the beginning of September 2023. These companies are all profitable and employ together around one hundred people.

With ten new points of sales - in Brittany (Finistère and Côtes d'Armor), the South-West (Landes, Pyrénées Atlantiques and Lot-et-Garonne) and the Yonne-, these operations will complete the territorial coverage of the Libertium network - which now brings together Trigano's 60 leisure vehicle outlets in France under a single banner.

These acquisitions will be integrated from 1 September 2023, and are expected to contribute around € 50M to Trigano's consolidated sales.
