Acquisition of S.I.F.I

Trigano announces the acquisition of 70% of the capital and voting rights of S.I.F.I. on 3rd October 2022.

Active on the Italian market for over 45 years, S.I.F.I. is national leader in the distribution of accessories for leisure vehicles. The company is profitable; it employs around 20 people and achieved a turnover of around € 13 million in 2021.

Acquisition of Car Loisirs

Trigano finalised the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the companies Car Loisirs, Car Loisirs 13 and Car Loisirs 84 on 18th October 2022. Car Loisirs group is a motorhome distributor in south-eastern France, it employs 25 people and achieved a total turnover of around €30 million in 2021/22 from its three points of sale (given the level of Trigano's sales to these outlets, the consolidated turnover contribution from this acquisition will be around €20 million). This operation will complete the Libertium network, which has just been created to bring together around fifty Trigano's outlets in France under a single banner.

These transactions are fully in line with Trigano's development strategy through external growth. They will allow Trigano to consolidate its leadership in the distribution of leisure vehicles and accessories for leisure vehicles in Europe.
