Acquisition of Protej shares held by minority shareholders

Trigano announces the acquisition of 10.7% of the shares of Protej d.o.o., which allows him to hold 100% of the capital of this company, parent of the Adria Group.

This acquisition was made from the management team of Adria Mobil in accordance with the planned timetable and for an amount corresponding to that recorded at the end of the 2022 financial year. Part of the acquisition price of these shares was paid through an exchange with Trigano shares previously held by the company (exchange made for 220,000 Trigano shares at a price of € 125.60).

2022/2023 First Quarter Sales will be disclosed on 4 th January 2023
