Interim Management Statement

Triad Group Plc presents its interim management statement, as required by the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules, which covers the period from 1 October 2012 to 15 February 2013.

Trading in the second half of the financial year has continued in line with internal expectations, with considerable effort continuing to being made by management and staff to develop a stronger service offering as we move to the start of the new financial year.

The Company continues to operate comfortably within the financial facilities available to it.
