Carolina Dybeck Happe new CFO for the Trelleborg Group

Carolina Dybeck Happe has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer of the Trelleborg Group, commencing April 26, 2011. She succeeds Bo Jacobsson, who has been the Trelleborg Group's CFO since 2002. To ensure a smooth transition, Bo Jacobsson will remain with Trelleborg until June 2011, after which he will retire.

Carolina Dybeck Happe is 38 years old. She has a degree in Master of Science in business administration from Uppsala University and has worked for Assa Abloy since 2002, most recently as CFO for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), based in London, and previously as CFO for Central Europe, based in Germany. Earlier, Carolina worked as CFO for Establish and in a number of different positions in EF, where she was based in Russia, Poland, Switzerland and the US.
