The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified on the date stated below of dealing in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") by the person named below, as a result of which such person has the beneficial interest in shares set out below.

As per the announcement on 15 May 2013 and as explained in the Annual Report, Tony Buffin, the new Group Finance Director, is required to invest £500,000 in the Company's shares. This dealing, and further dealings which will follow, is to achieve the required shareholding.
