PROMISING ORDER INTAKE DEVELOPMENT WITHIN MIXED MARKET DYNAMICS

Europe:

  • Robust unit sales, but lower YoY in a declining market
  • Q4 truck orders show the highest intake in Europe and Germany since Q1 2023, but too early to declare a turnaround

North America:

  • Unit sales rose mainly due to Euro VI truck pre-buy effect in Mexico
  • Incoming orders decreased due to reduced transportation activities, customer hesitation and uncertainties about EPA 2027

South America:

  • Strong unit sales and incoming order increase due to favorable market environment; Brazil with declining momentum
