Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 3, 2021, the Board of Directors of Trane Technologies plc (the “Company”) elected David S. Regnery, age 59, as Chair of the board, effective January 1, 2022. Mr. Regnery assumes the role of Chair in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer. Michael W. Lamach, who has served as Executive Chair since July 1, 2021, will retire from the Company on December 31, 2021.
