SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY

Reference is made to the announcement of Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 30 September 2024 in relation to the acquisition of property (the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide the shareholders and potential investors of the Company with further information in relation to the Vendor.

ULTIMATE BENEFICIAL OWNERS OF THE VENDOR

To the best of the Directors’ knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, as at the date of the Announcement, (i) the ultimate beneficial owner of the single largest shareholder of the Vendor which holds 50% of the Vendor’s issued shares is Dr. Leong Siu Hung Edwin; and (ii) the other shareholders of the Vendor hold less than one-third of the Vendor’s issued shares.

As disclosed in the Announcement, to the best of the Directors’ knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, the Vendor and its ultimate beneficial owners are Independent Third Party and are not connected with the Group.
