The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 16 March 2021 at 13.40pm under RNS No 4517S.
Michael Ziff's shareholding in non-beneficial shares has been amended to 7,685,121 shares instead of 8,105,121 shares. This non-beneficial shareholding represents 14.5% of the total issued share capital, as opposed to 15.2%. All other details remain unchanged.

Change in notifiable holding by Directors of TCS PLC
The Company was notified on 15 March 2021 by Michael Ziff, Non-Executive Director that he has transferred a total of 22,725 TCS shares to his three sons, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital and that he sold and immediately repurchased 24,200 TCS Shares. The transfers and transactions took place on 15 March 2021.
Following these transfers Michael Ziff's shareholding in TCS now totals 2,596,356 beneficial shares and 7,685,121 non-beneficial shares. These holdings equate to 4.9% and 14.5% respectively of the total issued share capital.
The Ziff Concert Party, the composition of which has previously been agreed with the Takeover Panel, comprises three Directors, Edward Ziff, Michael Ziff and Benjamin Ziff, and Edward's and Michael's immediate families including their sister, their mother, their children and a number of trusts of which they are both trustees. The Ziff Concert Party's shareholding in TCS remains the same at 51.3% of the total issued share capital.
