Wentworth Resources Limited : Notification of Trade

On March 12, 2014, Wentworth Resources Limited ("Wentworth") issued 3,400,000

share options to certain of the company's officers, directors and employees,

each giving the right to subscribe for one share in Wentworth. The share options

have a strike price of NOK 5.18 and may be exercised as 1/3 of the Options per

year for 3 years starting on the anniversary date of the grant and expire 10

years from the date of grant.
