Touch Ventures welcomes a new significant shareholder to its register

Touch Ventures Limited ( TVL or Company ) has been advised that substantial shareholder Touchcorp Limited (a subsidiary of Block Inc.) has sold a 19.99% interest in the Company.

The majority of these shares have been acquired by Gannet Capital, an entity associated with Mr Glenn Poswell, which now holds a 17.81% interest in TVL.

The Company wishes to thank Touchcorp for its support provided under the Collaboration Agreement between the parties, which remains on foot, and welcomes Gannet Capital as a shareholder of the Company.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr Glenn Poswell has been appointed a non-executive director of the Company’s Board, effective today.

Mr Poswell is the founder of Gannet Capital, a boutique investment company focused on investments that provide compelling risk reward opportunities for investors.

Mr Poswell is a co-founder of Victor Smorgon Partners, Centennial Asset Management and is a member of the U.S. based Marcy Venture Partners Advisory Committee.

Previously, Mr Poswell was a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Ellerston Capital Limited, and prior - Deutsche Bank’s Asia Pacific Head of the Absolute Return Strategies Group.

The Board welcomes Mr Poswell as a Director and looks forward to his contribution.
