Description

Torque Metals Limited (‘TOR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 23 June 2021.

Official quotation of TOR’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 1:30 PM AEST on Friday, 25 June 2021.

TOR raised $5,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 14 April 2021 as varied by the supplementary prospectus dated 28 May 2021 (together, the ‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 27,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
