Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today that Wendy Sarah Shapland, spouse of Chairman Darren Shapland acquired 80,000 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc. ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 139.96 pence per Ordinary Share. The transaction took place on 11th June 2015 on the London Stock Exchange.

As a result the combined holding of Darren Shapland and Wendy Sarah Shapland, a connected person, is 80,000 Ordinary Shares.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
