Pursuant to Section 55 of the Danish Companies Act and Section 29 of the Danish
Securities Trading Act, Topdanmark A/S hereby announces it has received
information, see appendix, from If that it now holds 31,476,920 shares in
Topdanmark equivalent to 25.18% of the share capital and voting rights.

In Topdanmark's 2012 Annual Report it was announced that If's shareholding in
Topdanmark was 22.9% at the end of 2012.
