If’s shareholding in Topdanmark concentrated in If Holding

Topdanmark has been informed by If (see appendix) that If’s holding of shares
in Topdanmark has now been concentrated in If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd (publ).
If holds 31,476,920 shares in Topdanmark equivalent to 25.18% of the share
capital and voting rights. Up to now the stake has been held by If P&C
Insurance Holding Ltd (publ) (6.71%) and If P&C Insurance Company Ltd (18.47%).
