Charlotte Hougaard, elected by employees to the Boards of Directors of
Topdanmark and Topdanmark Forsikring, has been elected as new national
secretary of DFL (The Organisation of Danish Insurance Employees). At the same
time Charlotte Hougaard will resign from the Boards.

Aage Nedergård Smidt, loss adjustor and alternate for Charlotte Hougaard, will
join the Boards as a new member elected by employees.
