to announce that following a sale of 19,000 shares in

Tomra Systems ASA ('Tomra') on 30th January, Jupiter

holds a total of 7,786,456 shares in Tomra which,

based on an issued share capital of 148,020,078,

represents 5.26%, of which it has voting control
