1 070 000 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at an average

price of 55,25 NOK/share. Investment AB Latours

holdings in TOMRA Systems ASA now amounts to

34 670 000 shares representing 23,42 percent of the

shares.Investment AB Latour's CEO, Jan Svensson, is

represented at the TOMRA Systems ASA's Board of

directors.
