Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('Jupiter') wishes

to announce that following a sale of 200,000 shares

in Tomra Systems ASA ('Tomra') on 18th September

Jupiter holds a total of 14,674,416 shares in Tomra

which, based on an issued share capital of

148,020,078, represents 9.91%, of which it has voting

control over, 8.95%.

Jupiter does not hold any shares beneficially, but

holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf

of discretionary clients.
