TOMRA: Successful private placement of new 10 year senior unsecured green bond
TOMRA: Successful private placement of new 10 year senior unsecured green bond
TOMRA Systems ASA, rated A-/stable by Scope Ratings, has today successfully
issued a total of NOK 1 billion in a new fixed senior unsecured green bond with
10 year tenor and a coupon of 4.446% p.a. Settlement is expected to take place 2
October 2024.
The interest payments will be swapped to EUR at a floating rate of 3m Euribor +
1.321% p.a.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including
refinancing of existing debt.
DNB Markets acted as sole arranger for the transaction.
