Bravern Ventures Announces Board of Director Changes

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 23, 2024 – Bravern Ventures Ltd. (the “ Company ”) ( TSXV: BAV.H ), announces that Doug McFaul has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and a director of the Company, replacing Robert Chisholm, who has resigned as a director and officer of the Company.

The Company wishes to thank Mr. Chisholm for his many years of service to the Company.
