With reference to the Company's announcement titled Molyhil Update dated 9 February 2005, the Company referred to a historic Petrocarb reserve which was calculated pre the JORC code and accordingly is not in accordance with acceptable methodology for reporting of resources and reserves.

The Company in no way intended to imply that this reserve was representative of a JORC compliant resource at the Molyhil deposit.
