I refer to my announcements released on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) Announcements Platform on 17 May 2010, 24 December 2010, 28 March 2011 and on 2 August 2011.
Extension of Reconstruction Deed
I advise that on 23 December 2011, the Deed Administrators have as requested by Trident Capital Pty Ltd (Trident), extended the outstanding conditions precedent in the Reconstruction Deed (from 31 December 2011) to 31 March 2012, to allow Trident further time to comply with certain conditions imposed by the ASX for the proposed reconstruction to proceed further.
