Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mrs. Darshana Santoshi, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the Company has tendered her resignation due to personal reasons w.e.f. 30th May, 2026 (after the closing of business hours).

The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by Mrs. Darshana Santoshi and for her contribution during her tenure as the CFO.

The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate for the position of CFO & KMP. The same will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026, dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed herewith as “Annexure-1”.

Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mrs. Darshana Santoshi that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter, which is enclosed herewith as “Annexure-2”.
