Resignation of Dr Alison Fielding as Non-Executive Director

Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Group"), the international regenerative medical devices company, announces that Dr Alison Fielding has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

In accordance with the Company's strategy to evolve the composition of the Board, the search for an independent Non-Executive Director is well underway.
