PRESS RELEASE

Rome, February 17, 2023 – Tinexta S.p.A. (the "Company"), announces that it has received today notice of the decease of Dr. Anna Maria Mantovani, Substitute Auditor of the Company.

A new Alternate Auditor to replace Dr. Mantovani will be appointed in accordance with the law and the Articles of Association.
