Lawrence Kay named Head of Investor Relations
Rome, 5 October 2016. Tecnoinvestimenti is pleased to announce that Lawrence Kay is the new Investor Relations Manager of the Company, effective today. Kay brings a long experience in Investor Relations, Communications and Finance of over 20 years in Italy which will reinforce Tecnoinvestimenti's rapport with the markets and its communications activities overall.
Kay will report directly to the CEO, Pier Andrea Chevallard,
Kay assumes ad interim the Communications activities for the Group and will report directly to Chairman Enrico Salza for this function.

TECNOINVESTIMENTI GROUP
Tecnoinvestimenti Group reported pro-forma sales of roughly Euro 160 million and pro-forma Net Income of Euro 15.7 million in 2015 and is listed on the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange.

The Sales and Marketing Solutions business unit, through the company Co.Mark, offers solutions and tools for accompanying small and medium-sized companies in undertaking international expansion.
