On April 17, 2015, Jennifer Ehrhardt, Chief Financial Officer, informed the Company that she intends to resign from her current role effective in June 2015, to relocate closer to her family and pursue other opportunities.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 20, 2015, Tilly’s, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the resignation of Jennifer Ehrhardt as Chief Financial Officer.

A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
