(the "Company")

Notification of transaction of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

Grant of Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan")

The Company announces that on 1 May 2018 awards of contingent rights to receive shares of the Company have been made to certain directors and PDMRs under the Plan.

The awards were made at no cost to the individual and will vest, subject to the rules of the Plan, based on the Company's performance during the three-year period of 2018-2020 against two measures relating to (i) earnings per share (governing 80% of the awards) and (ii) relative adjusted total shareholder return (governing 20% of the awards).

The per share price used for the purposes of calculating the maximum number of shares subject to these awards was £2.55, being the offer price in connection with the Company's initial public offering and admission of shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange that took place on 25 October 2017.

The following notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
