Director Dealings

The Company was notified today that on 21 March 2016, Mrs G Mason, wife of Peter Mason, Non-executive Director, completed the transfer of 550,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil consideration per Ordinary Share to Peter Mason.

Following the above transaction Mr Mason (including connected persons) retains a beneficial interest in 1,626,370 Ordinary Shares representing 1.41% of the voting rights in the Company.

This calculation is based on 115,675,590 being the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights.
