As previously disclosed, on December 11, 2017, the Board of Directors of Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Christopher J. Klein as a director. On December 12, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company named Mr. Christopher J. Klein as a member of the Compensation & Development Committee and the Audit Committee.
