Important information regarding communications with shareholders
As you are a Shareholder who has previously elected not to receive statutory documents and communications from the Company in paper format by post, I am writing to let you know of new information which is now available to view and download from the Company's website and the National Storage Mechanism website.
Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Please accept this letter as notification that Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM Circular") has been published and is available to view and download on the Company's website (www.trig-ltd.com), under Investor Relations, Reports & Publications, Circulars. It is also available on the National Storage Mechanism website (www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM).
Proxy Voting
The Company's Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 9 November 2018, at 9:30 a.m., at the registered office of the Company (East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3PP).
Whether or not you are able to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting, please send us your vote by completing and returning the enclosed form of proxy. To be valid, the form of proxy must be completed and lodged with the Company's UK Transfer Agent, Link Asset Services, PXS, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4ZF together with the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed or a copy of such authority certified notarially, to be received not later than 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 7 November 2018. You may also submit your proxy electronically at www.signalshares.com
Voting by proxy prior to the meeting does not affect your right to attend the meeting and vote in person should you wish.
