EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 16 February 2016, that Capita IRG Trustees Limited as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on 15 February 2016 the following Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 985.00 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:
