AGM Statement

At the EMIS Group AGM today the Chairman will make the following statement:

"The Board of EMIS Group, the UK leader in connected healthcare software and services, is pleased to announce that trading is in line with market expectations.

The Board is also delighted to announce that the Group has been awarded preferred bidder status for North Somerset Community Partnership. We are encouraged by the response to our unprecedented tender activity in both CCMH and Secondary Care and confidently expect in the near future to secure further contracts in both areas.
