NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD CHANGES

Tesco PLC today announces the following Board changes:

Having completed six years on the Board, Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker has indicated her wish to retire at the end of the current financial year (28 February 2015).

Liv Garfield has indicated her wish to retire from the Board with effect from the end of the current financial year (28 February 2015) to allow her to concentrate fully on her new role as CEO of Severn-Trent plc.  

Sir Richard Broadbent, Chairman, said:

"Tesco would like to put on record its appreciation for the dedicated and unstinting contribution of all its Directors during a time of unprecedented challenge."
