Notification pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.14R and 9.6.11R

Tesco PLC (the "Company") has been notified that Stuart Chambers, a non-executive director of the Company, has today joined the Board of ARM Holdings plc as Chairman designate and will succeed Sir John Buchanan as Chairman with effect from 1 March 2014.

Stuart will step down as a non-executive director of Tesco Bank with effect from 4 February 2014.
