We act for Sino Construction Limited (Sino Construction) in respect of its off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Guildford Coal Limited (ACN 143 533 537).
Notice is hereby given under section 633(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) that 7.00 pm (AEDT), 18 November 2014 is the date set by Sino Construction for the purposes of determining the people to whom the bidder's statement and target statement is to be sent under Items 6 and 12 of the table in section 633(1) of the Corporations Act.
