ASX Announcement Change of Company Secretary

Guildford Coal Limited ( Guildford or the Company ) (ASX: GUF) advises that Ms Aimee Hyde has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Guildford effective immediately. Ms Hyde replaces Mr Kon Tsiakis who has resigned from the role of Company Secretary. Mr Tsiakis will continue to hold the role of Non‐Executive Director of the Company.

Ms Hyde, who holds degrees in law and commerce, has 15 years experience in the legal industry across both private practice and in‐house legal roles. Most recently, Ms Hyde was based in Singapore where she gained significant transactional and finance experience in the resources sector in her role as Corporate Counsel for Queen Street Capital and the Tinkler Group.
