TERNA: FILING OF CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 SEPTEMBER 2021 AND 2021 INTERIM DIVIDEND REPORT

Rome, 10 November 2021 – The following have been deposited for consultation by the public at the Company's registered office:

• the Consolidated Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2021, approved today by the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. and not audited by the Audit Company. This document is published on the Company website at www.terna.it and on the website of the authorised storage service (), as well as being filed with the stock exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it);
• the financial statement and the report, on the basis of which TERNA S.p.A.'s Board of Directors today approved the distribution of the interim dividend for the year 2021, and the related opinion of the Audit Company. The financial statements and the report on the interim dividend can also be consulted on the Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the authorised storage service website ().
