TERNA: 2022 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Rome, 15 December 2021 – Terna S.p.A. ("Terna") announces the Company's event calendar for next year:

17 March 2022	Board of Directors meeting to approve Terna S.p.A. separate and Terna Group consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the proposed allocation of profit.
29 April 2022	Annual General Shareholders Meeting to deliberate on approval of Terna S.p.A.'s separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the allocation of profit.
11 May 2022	Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim report for the three months ended 31 March 2022.
28 July 2022	Board of Directors meeting to approve the half-year report for the six months ended 30 June 2022.
9 November 2022	Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim report for the nine months ended 30 September 2022.

Conference calls will be held following the above Board of Directors meetings in order to present the operating and financial results to the market.

The Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Industrial Plan has also been scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

Finally, the payment of ordinary dividends in 2022 will take place as follows:

22 June 2022	payment of the final dividend for 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 20 June 2022 (a record date in accordance with art. 83-terdecies of Legislative Decree 58 of 24 February 1998, the "CLF": 21 June 2022).
23 November 2022	payment of the interim dividend for 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 21 November 2022 (a record date in accordance with art. 83-terdecies of Legislative Decree 58 of 24 February 1998, the "CLF": 22 November 2022).

Any changes to the above calendar will be promptly announced to the market.
