TERNA: RESOLUTIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGARDING BOND ISSUES AND LIABILITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND THE ISSUANCES OF ONE OR MORE SERIES OF EURO COMMERCIAL PAPERS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, 28 March 2024 – Notice is given that the resolutions of the Board of Directors dated 19 March 2024, pertaining to bond issues and a Liability Management program, as well as the issuances of one or more series of Euro Commercial Papers, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office and published on the Company's website www.terna.it.

Furthermore, these resolutions are also accessible on the website of the authorised storage service () and they have also been filed with the stock exchange management company, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).
