Rome, 5 August 2023 – With regard to the press release of 3 August 2023 entitled: "Terna: consensual termination of employment", Terna confirms that agreements on consensual termination of employment with Mr. Agostino Scornajenchi and Mr. Giuseppe Del Villano have been reached in a negotiation which saw the parties agree on the opportunity to consensual terminate the management employment in place, scheduling time and conditions.
