UPDATE ON THE COMMUNICATION OF 4 AUGUST 2023

Rome, 12 October 2023 – Terna S.p.A. ("Terna") announces that the Company and Mr. Agostino Scornajenchi, formerly Chief Financial Officer of the Group, have today reached – following the nonbinding positive opinion from the Related-Party Transactions Committee – a new agreement on the consensual termination of employment. As a result, Mr. Agostino Scornajenchi has today terminated his employment in the Company, earlier than previously communicated on 4 August 2023.
